Who counts as crew?
People doing assigned work on the day, like reporting a fault, moving stock or ticking off a clean, are included. Management accounts set up the business, approve records and see the reporting.
What is an active staff member?
Someone employed and available for rostering, clocking or timesheets during the billing period. Former staff you archive stay in the history and aren’t billed.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial. Book a walkthrough and we'll set up your workspace with you.
Can I sign up and pay online?
Online sign-up with card payment is coming soon. Until then, we set up your workspace with you after a short walkthrough.
Is annual billing available?
