We set up your business on a 30-day free trial and send you a link to finish setting up your sign-in.
Your outlets arrive
Each Vendor Hub outlet becomes a My Vendor Hub location, ready for its equipment, stock and cleaning.
Add your crew
Staff you add in My Vendor Hub appear in Vendor Hub, ready for event accreditation.
Already use both? Connect them from the Vendor Hub panel in My Vendor Hub, then approve the link in Vendor Hub. Either side can disconnect at any time.

Verification stays with promoters
A verified badge always means a promoter checked it.
- Who verifiesOnly Vendor Hub promoters and operations staff mark a document verified or rejected. My Vendor Hub shows their decision, read-only.
- New documentsA document you add in My Vendor Hub lands in Vendor Hub as pending, like any vendor upload.
- ChangesChange the file or the expiry date and it goes back to pending, so promoters never see a verified badge on something they haven’t reviewed.
- HistoryDeleting never syncs. Archived documents stop showing as current but the verified history is kept.

What is never shared.
The link carries what the event needs and nothing else.
- Pay and taxPay rates, timesheets, award data and tax file numbers never leave My Vendor Hub.
- Personal staff detailsDates of birth, addresses, emergency contacts and staff documents are never sent. Vendor Hub gets name, role, email, phone and whether they’re active.
- Equipment recordsItem-level certificates, like one gas cylinder’s, stay in My Vendor Hub.
- Payment detailsCard and payer details and point-of-sale credentials never sync, and takings arrive without card or customer data.
- Other people’s dataPromoters’ internal notes and other vendors’ data never reach My Vendor Hub.
